Vetted organizers and hosts
Every organizer and stay partner goes through a manual review before they can list on GoLookAround — including identity verification, certifications relevant to their experience category, and a check of their track record. Organizer profiles show years of experience and verified reviews so you can judge for yourself.
Secure payments
Payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant channels. GoLookAround never stores your full card details, and funds are only released to organizers and hosts after a booking is confirmed.
Community guidelines
We expect honesty in reviews, respectful communication between travelers and organizers, and accurate listing information. Listings or accounts that violate these expectations are investigated and may be removed.
Reporting a concern
If an experience didn't match its listing, a host was unresponsive, or something felt unsafe, tell us through Help Center & Contact. Our team reviews every report and follows up directly.
