Terms & Conditions

GoLookAround is a curated discovery and booking marketplace that connects Customers with independent third-party experience, activity, workshop, and stay providers ("Service Providers") across Bengaluru and other cities. GoLookAround does not itself conduct, operate, or supervise any Experience listed on the Platform. All Experiences are owned, operated, and delivered solely by the respective Service Provider, who is solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and conduct of the Experience.

(a) You must create an account to book an Experience on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated.

(b) There is no single blanket minimum age to register on the Platform; however, certain Experiences carry activity-specific age, health, or fitness requirements set by the relevant Service Provider, and you are responsible for verifying and complying with these before booking, including on behalf of any minors or dependents in your booking party.

(c) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

(a) All bookings made through the Platform are processed via our payment partner, Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's applicable terms of service in addition to these Terms.

(b) Prices displayed on the Platform may vary from time to time, including through promotional campaigns, bulk/group discounts, or dynamic pricing, at GoLookAround's discretion.

(c) A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a confirmation notice by GoLookAround.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, published on the Platform, which form part of and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

(a) Certain Experiences listed on the Platform, including but not limited to go-karting, horse riding, paramotoring, water activities (jet skiing, speed boating, kayaking, banana rides), and similar physical or adventure activities, carry inherent risks of injury, accident, or property damage.

(b) By booking any such Experience, you expressly acknowledge and accept these inherent risks, confirm that you (and any dependents in your booking) are physically fit to participate, and agree to comply with all safety instructions issued by the Service Provider at the venue. You will be required to provide a specific risk acknowledgment at the time of booking such Experiences.

(c) GoLookAround strongly recommends that Customers review the safety information provided on each listing and consult a medical professional where relevant before participating in physical or adventure activities.

(a) You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting false, defamatory, abusive, or misleading content, impersonating any person, or engaging in fraudulent bookings.

(b) Customers who have completed a booking may leave reviews and ratings for the relevant Experience. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and free of abusive or defamatory content. GoLookAround reserves the right to remove any review that violates this clause.

While GoLookAround undertakes a curation and verification process before onboarding Service Providers, GoLookAround does not guarantee, warrant, or assume liability for the accuracy of listings, the conduct of Service Providers, or the outcome of any Experience. Any dispute regarding the quality or delivery of an Experience should first be raised with GoLookAround's support team, who will facilitate resolution with the relevant Service Provider.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software (excluding Service Provider-supplied content), is the property of GoLookAround or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoLookAround shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the acts or omissions of a Service Provider during an Experience. GoLookAround's aggregate liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant booking.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoLookAround, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your conduct during a booked Experience.

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including Razorpay for payments. GoLookAround is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of such services is subject to their respective terms.

GoLookAround may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date, and continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GoLookAround reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute between GoLookAround and a Customer arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

GoLookAround is based in India and primarily serves users located in India, but welcomes international tourists and users booking Experiences in India. Such users remain subject to these Terms and to Indian law, regardless of their country of residence.
