(a) Account Information: name, email address, phone number, and password at the time of account creation.

(b) Payment Information: payment details processed via our payment partner, Razorpay, at the time of booking. GoLookAround does not store your full card or bank details on its own servers.

(c) Location Information: with your permission, we may collect your device's location/GPS data to show nearby Experiences and improve service delivery.

(d) Booking & Usage Information: details of Experiences booked, review/rating content submitted, and general usage activity on the Platform.

(e) Device & Cookie Information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and information collected through cookies, as described in Clause 4.

(a) To create and manage your account and process your bookings and payments;

(b) To communicate booking confirmations, updates, offers, and support responses;

(c) To personalize Experience recommendations based on your location and preferences;

(d) To improve the Platform, conduct analytics, and prevent fraud or misuse; and

(e) To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics and marketing purposes, including to understand usage patterns, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and personalize content shown to you. You may control or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may affect certain features of the Platform.

(a) With Service Providers: to the extent necessary to fulfil your booking (e.g., your name, contact number, and booking details shared with the relevant Service Provider).

(b) With Payment Partners: Razorpay, for the purpose of processing payments and refunds.

(c) With Analytics & Marketing Partners: in aggregated or identifiable form, for the purposes described in Clause 3.

(d) With Regulators/Authorities: where required under applicable law, court order, or governmental request.

(e) GoLookAround does not sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active, and thereafter for such period as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent for processing (such as location tracking or marketing communications) at any time. Such requests may be sent to connect@golookaround.com, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

GoLookAround primarily serves users in India but welcomes international tourists booking Experiences in India. Where you access the Platform from outside India, your personal information will be processed in India in accordance with this Policy and applicable Indian law.

The Platform does not impose a single blanket minimum age; however, certain Experiences carry activity-specific age requirements set by the relevant Service Provider. Where a booking is made on behalf of a minor, the account holder is responsible for ensuring appropriate parental or guardian consent and compliance with the Service Provider's requirements.

In accordance with applicable Indian law, queries, complaints, or grievances regarding this Privacy Policy or the handling of your personal information may be directed to our Grievance/Support contact at connect@golookaround.com. We aim to acknowledge and address grievances in a timely manner.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated Policy will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date, and continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising in connection with it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
